At Zed Online Store, we stand behind every order we ship. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly and fairly. Please read our policy below before initiating a return.


RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, so we encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. The return request must be submitted within the 30-day window.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or that are missing original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Hygiene and personal care products. Opened or partially used items of any kind. Items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINE

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize and will resolve the issue at no cost to you. You are not required to return the item in these cases. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and your order details, and we will arrange a full refund or replacement as quickly as possible.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, send an email to ammarzahid8@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include the following:

Your full name and order number. A brief description of the reason for the return. Clear photos of the item, especially if it is damaged or incorrect.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps. Please do not send items back without receiving written confirmation from us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
