YOUR 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging components will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you at your expense.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Hygiene and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel, any item that has been opened, used, or removed from its sealed packaging, perishable goods, and any item marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINE

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is the result of our error.


DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize and will make it right at no cost to you. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Do not discard the item or its packaging before contacting us, as photos are required to process your claim.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, send an email to ammarzahid8@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]". In your email, please include your full name, order number, the reason for your return, and clear photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our team will respond within 2 to 3 business days with further instructions. Please do not ship any item back without receiving written authorization from us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
